How does AftertheMac Ship my Product?
We ship All single Wireless USB Adapters and 99% of multi-purchase Wireless purchases including Routers, 2 packs, hard drives etc with USPS Express, Priority and 1st Class delivery to All 50 states in the US, and Airpost (4-12 Day) & Global Priority (4-10 day) for International orders* Italy, Mexico see below. Multiple Purchase of high end SCSI drives may be shipped Federal Express Ground. We do ship to APO's and FPO's and over 140 countries round the world.

When do you ship?
We ship most purchases within 1-24 hours of receipt. We frequently hand your product to USPS around 5pm MT (7pm ET). This means orders purchased as late as 4pm MT can be shipped same day, although this is not guaranteed). Express Mail receives top priority for speed, then Priority and First class. Our normal methods include Saturday Shipping for orders placed Friday evening and Saturday. We mail between 12pm and 3pm MT on Saturday.

When will I receive my Package?
Our Postman of 17 years told us that USPS ships more packages in a day than UPS does in a year. USPS has been very quick in Fall 2007 eg 1st class to Alaska in 2 days, and we forsee the same excellent quality continuing... Express Mail is delivered 7 days per week, meaning a package ordered Express on Saturday Morning can come as soon as Sunday Morning. Express is delivered even on Holidays so orders made on Dec 24rth have a chance to be delivered on Christmas in major cities around the US.

Express Mail 1-2 day shipping is Overnight to most major cities and 2nd day Guaranteed.
Priority 2-3 day mail takes two to three days.
First Class Mail takes from 2-7 days (usually 2-5 days).

International Shipping and Delivery:
We will ship to virtually any country accepted through Paypal, Google Checkout, and normal Credit card purchases, now more than 140 countries and growing.

Shipping to the UK arrives in as little as three days.
Most countries average 4-10 days.
Note to Mexico, Italy Greece and Cypres: it may take longer to deliver to your fine homes, however with insurance we have 100% success: Mexico, Italy, Greece, and Cypress 5 to 21 days.

Hot tip! - International orders can be Faster by ensuring your local rural post office knows how to handle International Deliveries! Asking them for it speeds it up quickly, and ensures faster future success.

Occasionally Customs can hold your package. Hot Tip! Asking your local post office to 'Kindly release my package' can help speed up delivery.

Am I Guaranteed to receive my package?
Yes. With our great insurance arrangement, All countries have the same low insurance option listed with each product. If you do not receive your package in 45 days from receipt of mailing, our insurance automatically will send a replacement immediately or refund your entire price including shipping costs.

Can I track my package enroute? International tracking see below
You can track your US package in real time on the USPS website with the emailed link for Express Mail option.

What if I purchase Prioirty or First Class?
We include FREE Deliver Confirmation number for All Priority and 1st Class shipping options. See Delivery Confirmation below.

What is a Deliver Confirmation number?
A Deliver Confirmation number Confirms that a package has been delivered. When your package is being shipped is does Not track your package, nor show that it has actually been received by USPS at this time (4-05-07).

Why Doesn't my Delivery Confirmation number track my package?
We don't know. USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers are emailed from USPS to your email address. Delivery Confirmation numbers only confirm delivery, they do not track a shipment enroute. The message that the USPS cannot verify where your package is after shipment is ok. USPS virtually Always Delivers.

Can I track my International Package?
We have great success with International Shipping and Customs procedures. Virtually 100% of packages are received without incident. (If you live in Cypres contact us).

You can track your International package in real time on the USPS website with the emailed if you choose to ship using Express Global Priority (EMS) Shipping . If you wish to choose this option and it is not yet available on your product, please contact us here.

Where is my Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation #?
We email your Tracking Number to the email address you supply with Payment.
Paypal customers! - Payment tracking number and all other Shipping information and Quickstart Guides are emailed to your Paypal member email address.

To find out what your Paypal email address is simply login to paypal.com and click 'Profile', and then 'Email'.

What if I don't receive my package?
Paypal Customers - Check the Address that you asked us to ship to.
Seasonal fluctuations can occur due to snowstorms, holidays, and even other causes beyond USPS control. If your package has been delayed more than 72 hours after it was supposed to be delivered (24 hours for express), contact us immediately here.
